«Science can be introduced to children well or poorly. If poorly, children can be turned away from science; they can develop a lifelong antipathy; they will be in a far worse condition than if they had never been introduced to science at all». Isaac Asimov
I have been specializing in developmental biology study and genetics for the last 4 years to present day.
My scientific interests focus on the biogerontology problems associated with the lifespan extension achievement. From the first scientific experience development I understand that aging research is a very complex science field including various issues starting from aging genetics finished with oncology treatments and in my opinion in order to achieve life extension it is necessary to use a multidisciplinary approach.

I also think that together with technological advances in genetics, a new approach to drug development is absolutely necessary. I suppose drugs may delay many of age-related diseases and be used long term by all people.
In addition to the above mentioned while drug-based therapies will continue to play a significant role in the treatment of disease, cell-based therapies are increasingly being utilized to enhance or replace damaged tissues and organs, create a roadmap appropriated for engineering aging research to extend lifespan, repair living cells in situ leading to the new modern and promising step - rejuvenation biotechnologies development.
I hope that due to common activities and advanced technologies people will be able to think positively about aging and gain a better perspective on ways to live as productively and as long as we can.
